The Maven Difference

Maven Financial offers a highly-analytical, holistic approach to financial management and services for individuals, families and business owners. Your wealth represents a means to reach that which produces happiness, security and legacy. You will notice that you are progressing toward what you and your loved ones really want out of life over time.

Our process starts from the ground up and focuses always on your life goals. Emphasis is placed on the end results, not how to get there. We will assess your current situation, desired outcomes and risk tolerance, making sure you understand every option and vehicle available.

When you work with Maven Financial, we’ll help you make sense of the entire spectrum of wealth and risk management, not just focus on one element, such as investments. People often mistake investment management for financial planning, but the reality is that investments are just a small part of financial planning which also involves things like tax minimization, budgeting, Social Security planning, retirement planning, asset protection, and more. Financial planning also involves preventing financial losses due to the inevitable cognitive decline that happens as we age. Research has shown that financial literacy declines by about 2 percent each year after age 60, so it’s imperative to have an ally in your corner helping you stay on track.

You can count on Maven to ask the right questions about your entire financial picture, and then match your specific needs with a variety of innovative solutions. The result is a detailed roadmap that we will partner together to implement, resulting in the attainment of your specific goals and a healthy, strong financial future. You will have peace in knowing that every detail of your financial well-being is attended to, and that your best interests are guarded in the most caring and ethical manner.

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER

Inspired by her desire to help people and make a difference in their lives, Victoria Staudinger has devoted her life to helping others achieve their vision.

Financial security is often a major objective in each of our lives. You try to do what's right for those you care about, but the wrong financial decision can often undermine the best of intentions. Whether you are concerned for your own financial needs or those of your family or business, Victoria helps others identify their needs and provide complementary solutions to address them.

Victoria grew up in a suburb of New York City in a family of four children. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, originally intending to pursue a career in medicine. Instead she chose to explore her options in business. After nearly seven successful years with Accenture as a consultant, she chose to pursue a career that more directly positively impacts lives through financial security. Victoria began her career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2006 and became a partner of Advanced Financial Strategies in 2013. Her relentless passion to helping other achieve financial security then led her to found Maven Financial in 2017.

“Being a financial advisor is extremely rewarding as it enables me to help people achieve their goals. When people feel unwell, their symptoms prompt them to seek a physician. Healing people financially often entails helping them see symptoms that are otherwise left unnoticed. It’s wonderful to be able to help them recognize and address those symptoms and practice ‘preventative financial medicine’.”

Victoria specializes in comprehensive financial planning, a holistic approach that analyzes wealth accumulation and risk management strategies to create meaningful and measurable financial plans. Victoria assists individuals, families, and business owners in developing a roadmap to the future by identifying emotional needs and desires, and taking necessary actions to attain their most amazing future.

Victoria resides in a suburb of Dallas with her two children. In addition to being a #bossgirl she is also a full-time mom and cheerleader to her children's oboe, cross-country, and tennis events. She also enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, gardening and raising food donations in support of hunger relief.

Forbes Best-in-State Financial Security Professional since 2022

Since 2022, Victoria Staudinger has been recognized as one of Forbes’ Best-in-State Top Financial Security Professionals, an honor reserved for a select few individuals chosen based on many criteria considered by an independent research firm. We are incredibly excited to be part of this distinguished list, and we are extremely grateful to our clients who made this possible. Thank you for trusting us with your wealth, your business, your family, and your future. We look forward to serving you with excellence for many years to come!

About the Award

Financial security professionals earned this recognition based on various criteria such as personal interviews, assets under management, and compliance records. Honorees were chosen by SHOOK Research, an independent research firm. To learn more about their methodology, click here.

Neither SHOOK nor Forbes receives any compensation in exchange for placement on its Top Financial Security Professional (FSP) rankings (including the Best-In-State Financial Security Professional rankings), which are determined independently (see methodology). FSP refers to professionals who are properly licensed to sell life insurance and annuities. FSPs may also hold other credentials and licenses which would allow them to offer investments and securities products through those licenses. The ranking algorithm is based on qualitative measures learned through telephone, virtual and in-person interviews to measure best practices, client retention, industry experience, credentials, review of compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative criteria, such as assets under management, sales figures, and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and these professionals rarely have audited performance reports. Individuals must carefully choose the right FSP for their own situation and perform their own due diligence. SHOOK’s research and rankings provide opinions intended to help individuals choose the right FSP and are not indicative of future performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Past performance is not an indication of future results. For more information, please see www.SHOOKresearch.com. SHOOK is a registered trademark of SHOOK Research, LLC.
